Our Spanish areas

Spain has something for everyone. Here are long paradise beaches, spectacular mountain landscapes and open landscapes. Some resorts offer a rich nightlife, while other places offer peace and quiet. Here are golf courses for all tastes and levels. We and our partners have good knowledge of the different regions and help you find the right place for your property purchase.

Costa del Sol

Costa del Sol is one of the foremost tourist destinations in Spain and attracts tourists from all over the world. The main city is Malaga, and the most important tourist destinations are Nerja, Benalmádena, Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, Estepona, San Pedro, Nueva Andalusia and Marbella with the well-known marina Puerto Banus, which has become known as ”a playground for the rich and famous”. But there are also many other fine places and locations in this area.

With more than 60 golf courses, it is hardly surprising that Costa del Sol is also referred to as Costa del Golf, the Golf Coast.

Costa Blanca

Costa Blanca has gained its name from the beautiful white beaches which can be found along the coast. Just like Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca also has an excellent climate, with an average temperature of almost 20 degrees, and more than 320 days of sun per year. The region has 1.3 million inhabitants, around 30% of whom are foreigners. In addition, around 5 million tourists visit the area each year. Costa Blanca’s coastal area belongs to the province of Alicante in the region of Valencia on Spain’s southeast coast. The area is classed as one of the healthiest places to live according to the World Health Organization, WHO.

Costa de Almeria

The province of Almería is becoming more and more popular, both as a wonderful holiday destination and as a beautiful place to live with an idyllic climate. Located on the south-eastern tip of the Iberian Peninsula by the Mediterranean Sea, with a coastline stretching over 200 km between Malaga and Alicante, the sun shines three thousand hours a year here, more than any other part of the Mediterranean Sea.

First-time visitors will be pleasantly surprised by just how much this province has to offer, and more and more people each year are discovering, not only the sun, lovely beaches and crystal-clear water, but also the natural beauty to be enjoyed in this part of Spain.

Costa Calida

Costa Cálida, also known as the province of Murcia, is located to the south of Costa Blanca and is something of a hidden treasure, with a rich history and culture and beautiful nature embellished by great contrasts. In the province of Murcia you will find everything from mountainous areas, forests and small deserts to fertile farmland for vegetables and fruit. Furthermore, the region features seemingly never-ending stretches of coastline consisting of both long sandy beaches and smaller secluded coves. The climate means that the region can be visited at any time of year, with the average temperature around 19 degrees, with hot summers and mild winters.

Barcelona - Costa Brava

Barcelona, an important cultural city with a large number of museums and historical buildings. Barcelona is located in the Costa Brava, a coastal region in northeastern Spain that extends from the city of Blanes, 60 km northeast of Barcelona, to the French border.

Canaries

The Canary Islands consist of seven major islands: Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, La Palma, La Gomera, Fuerteventura, El Hierro and six smaller islands. Have a pleasant climate all year round.

Mallorca

Majorca, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean east of the Iberian Peninsula and the largest island in the Balearic Islands with an area of 3,640 km². Mallorca is the perfect holiday island with everything you could wish for!

Good to know

Remember that you do not need to contact several brokers in the same area. In Spain, many agents can sell the same property. If you have contact with a broker that you feel safe with, that broker can help you with all the properties that are out there for sale. The broker’s task is to find the property you are looking for.
