Costa del Sol is one of the foremost tourist destinations in Spain and attracts tourists from all over the world. Furthermore, the region features seemingly never-ending stretches of coastline consisting of both long sandy beaches and smaller secluded coves. The climate means that the region can be visited at any time of year, with the average temperature around 19 degrees, with hot summers and mild winters.
